Tormented Demons

Located in level 38 wilderness, these demons use multiple attack styles and switch protection prayers every 150 damage taken.

Make sure to dodge their special attack to avoid taking big damage!

Attacking them without using a demonbane weapon reduces your damage dealt by 20%.

All of the sound effects are also added to make them feel as immersive as on osrs.

Drops 

Tormented demons have a unique pet. Get hunting!

The Ultor, Venator, Magus and Bellator rings have been added to the drop table, as a recent poll suggested that they should be added as PvM drops.

A Tormented synapse can be used to create the Emberlight, Scorching bow and Purging staff items.

Emberlight gives a 70% increased accuracy and damage against demons, and also has a special attack.

Scorching bow gives a 30% increased accuracy and damage against demons, the special attack binds demons for 12 seconds and deals burn damage

Purging staff has +37 magic attack and +25 magic defence bonuses which are the highest of any weapon.

A burning claw is used to create a pair of Burning claws. Two are required.
Burning claws require level 60 Attack to equip, and possess a special attack. Additionally, when used against demonic creatures, the claws provide a 5% increase in accuracy and damage.
Their special attack has the chance to inflict burn damage on the opponent.

Demon tears are used in the creation of Avernic treads and Confliction gauntlets.

Demonic tarrow is used in the creation of the new Surge potions which restore special attack (mentioned later)

A new collection log has been added for Tormented demons.

New Combat Items & Summer Box Loot

To revive the summer boss content, these new items have been added to the rewards shop and summer box:

- Antler guard
- Avernic treads
- Confliction gauntlets
- Eye of ayak

In the shop, the cloth used to create the gauntlets has been added instead. Players should use this on a tormented bracelet, with demonic tears in their inventory.

Surge Potions

Requiring 81 herblore, these potions restore 25% special attack energy, and can be used while in the wilderness.
They are created by using demonic tarrow with a torstol potion (unf).
If drank in the wilderness, there is a 6 tick delay before applying the restoration.

Magic Special Attack Improvements

There has been a complete overhaul of how magic special attacks are handled. Not only do they now work in PvM situations,
damage hitsplat delays and animations have been corrected as well. If any pesky bugs show up, please make sure to report them and I will fix them ASAP!

Teleport Interface Searching

Players can now search for a specific teleport that they want to find. Currently, it just works for the name of the teleport, but in the future this could be extended to drops of the npc too.

Other updates:

- Fixed friends list not updating correctly
- Friends now show as green dots on the minimap again
- PJ timer in the wilderness is now 6 seconds. Roat pkz has theirs set at around 5.5 seconds. OSRS is 12 for comparison
- Made some changes to how staff can issue punishments, as well as the length of them
